Making ICE cream !

Can Room 15 make ice cream using 3% fat milk?

Equipment and ingredients
Two plastic bags, a small one and a big one
TablespoonsMilk
Vanilla
Chocolate and Caramel sauce
Ice
Salt
sugar

Methodology

1. We got our big plastic bag and put a couple of of small ice cubes into our plastic bag, Placed our plastic bag down somewhere safe well we went and got our small plastic bag.

2. Next we took it over to the table and put 1/2 a cup of milk, half a teaspoon of vanilla and 1 tablespoon of sugar. We had to make sure that the small plastic bag was sealed tightly.

3.Then we went and put it where we put our big plastic bag of ice, grabbed our big plastic bag and took it over to put salt in, and we sealed it tightly

4. Lastly we put our small plastic bag and put it inside our big plastic bag, but the small plastic bag still had milk, sugar and vanilla inside, Shaked the big plastic bag with the small plastic bag inside until the ice melted and the cream had frozen.

Outcome

It had a nice taste, but you could taste salt responsible on the outside of the small plastic bag where you were eating from because there was salt and ice inside the big plastic bag which had melted.

Further Questions or Research to Do.
Why do we have to put salt in with the ice together ?

How does the salt help the ice melt faster ?

How does the cream froze just by shaking the plastic bag?
